The Ascot Club also features an incredible exterior landscape, including a large outdoor patio with tables for dining amidst the breathtaking views and a courtyard garden sitting area complete with a fire pit.
The Greeter’s Cottage and Gated Entry:
At the entrance of The Ascot Club at Highland Forest you will find The Greeter’s Cottage, an ornate entrance feature building reminiscent of yesteryear that serves as both a guard house and greeting room for our guests to be welcomed and acquainted with our community. Guests can sit by a crackling stone hearth and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the sounds and sights of the adjacent spring fed streams and native flora.
Nestled within Creekside Village area, the Community Park is a recently completed amenity. The park features a spacious open-air pavilion, a separate heated restroom outbuilding, a large fire pit, regulation style horse shoe pits, charcoal grills for picnicking, and views, views, and more views. The Community Park will also serve as the trailhead for the nature trails. Future proposed improvements will include a children’s play area, walking trails, water features, and camping platforms.
